Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WisdifyHub’s website and platform for scheduling, payments, attendance tracking, and client communication (the “Service”), operated by WisdifyHub (“WisdifyHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Studio Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by staff members you invite. Notify us immediately at hello@wisdifyhub.com of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

WisdifyHub provides tools for scheduling sessions, collecting payments, tracking attendance, managing students and clients, generating AI-assisted progress reports, and communicating with parents and clients via WhatsApp and email. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces core functionality on a paid plan.

3. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Billing

  • New Studio Accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout for your plan and country.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • We may change subscription pricing on reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the business, student, and client data you enter into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant WisdifyHub a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Data and for obtaining any consents required from students, parents, guardians, or clients before entering their information into the Service or contacting them through it, including consent required for WhatsApp and email communications under applicable law in your country.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to convert your session notes into progress reports. AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to a parent, guardian, or client.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Send spam, unsolicited, or harassing messages through the Service’s WhatsApp or email features.
  • Upload data you do not have the right or consent to collect and process.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal for payments, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, Anthropic for AI features, and Supabase for hosting and authentication. Your use of these integrations may also be subject to those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

WisdifyHub and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to WisdifyHub, other users, or the security of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISDIFYHUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WisdifyHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WisdifyHub is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable local law grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Studio Accounts by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
